Wild specialities from home woods, steaks, fish creations or also sometimes good and solid - the agony of choice we do not want to keep from you. And as a specialty we offer you our brine menu prepared with original Harzburger brine water.

We are there for you daily from 12.00 - 14.00 pm and from 18.00 - 21.30 pm. No rest day.

Our restaurant is distinguished since 2010 in the gourmet's leader Gault Millau with 13 points. We are very glad about the nice judgement of the critics. This praise is for our chef Anke Borchardt and her team a big incentive to continue on this way.
More about our chef you get to know in a newspaper article of the "Wirtschaft" IHK Brunswick. During a two-page interview she was questioned about her professional career with different star cooks and her creative adjustment.

In November 2011 a new book about fine kitchen of our region has appeared: “Eine kulinarische Reise durch Sachsen-Anhalt und den Harz" (“A culinary trip through Saxony-Anhalt and the Harz”).
